Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive customer service through the lifetime of the campaign, which consists of working with strategies on all brainstorming sessions, optimizing campaigns for delivery and performance.
  • Provide consistent weekly reporting and insight to advertisers/agencies and sales rep regarding all aspects of their campaigns.
  • Compile and manage billing files for all assigned campaigns on a monthly basis.
  • Implement and manage advertising campaigns using CNQR´s management system and other partners systems.
  • Provide technical and timeline requirements to external and internal clients, managing deadline schedule and distributing materials & reporting.
  • Troubleshoot any issues (technical or otherwise) and providing a reasonable, realistic solution to external and internal clients.
  • Work with sales and product teams to suggest and develop new tactics (placements, creative units) to improve the performance of clients’ advertising.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business preferred.
  • 2-5 years of online advertising experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to maintain multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication techniques, as well as time management skills.

Tracking specialist

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate profit for and increase diversification of the company’s performance based lead generation channels. Create new revenue streams via leveraging our existing successful campaigns in Native and on Facebook and creating, managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google Display Network and via Programmatic Media Buys hitting targets as set forth by the Performance Marketing Director.
  • Ad creation, copywriting, audience testing, funnel testing implementation and optimization (there are already proven funnels and a team in place to continually optimize them, but helping to guide that team based on your traffic is important).
  • Manage bidding and budgeting to hit and maintain Cost Per Lead goals (and lead quality). Compile reporting on KPIs.
    Implement online/interactive media plans to meet strategic goals.
  • Report daily to managing partners for ad spend and roll out strategies for growth.
    Research new technologies and create strategies.

Key Tasks:

  • Building multiple, steady revenue streams from user-acquisition channels across social, web and mobile. You will start with taking existing campaigns to Google Display Network and/or Programmatic Media Buys (will be two separate positions) that have spent millions of dollars in Native and on Facebook.
  • Assume full ownership of multiple acquisition campaigns simultaneously from start to finish: including offer selection, strategy, agreed upon testing priorities and deadlines, implementation, analysis & feedback within agreed upon timeline. Responsible for daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns necessary to ensure performance goals.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create effective creative for campaigns, as well as routine analysis.
  • Manage your monthly budget and provide performance reports to the manager, and to be submitted to finance for team’s monthly P&L’s.
  • Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement consistent A/B testing programs to improve ROI.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BS/BA degree in engineering, computer programming, statistics, economics, internet marketing, design, psychology or another relevant field, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of proven, interactive media buying experience either as a performance marketer, on a performance marketing team within an agency, traffic network, RTB trading desk or in-house team on the client side for either an online lead generation company or in eCommerce, with relevant experience and expertise with a media-buying platform (RTB like AppNexus, Adwords, Google, DoubleClick, Facebook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills evaluating complex data and market research.
  • Knowledge of ad server and performance management platforms preferred.
  • Keywords: performance marketing, media planning ad-networks, RTB Media Buying, PPC, Mobile Advertising, Native Advertising, Social, Search, Display, Video, Email, and SEM.
  • Possess analytical skills and is an expert at analyzing data metrics like ROI. Comfortable with math; analytics as well as quickly calculating CTR, CPC, CPM, CR, ROI, etc.

Media Consultant

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop new digital business by identifying sales opportunities.
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 cold calls per day on potential customers.
  • Create digital marketing presentations drawn from the Main Street Digital suite of products to reach customer’s desired target audiences and demographics.
  • Quote process and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, estimate date of delivery of services to the customer based on knowledge of production schedules and capabilities.
  • Achieve individual digital revenue goals.
